• Supervised AI usage - all AI interactions monitored

International Data Transfers

The AI tools we use are operated by US companies:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT)

• Midjourney

Important safeguards:

• Students NEVER enter names, addresses, or personal information into AI systems
• All AI usage is supervised by instructor
• Only project content (stories, art, code) is used with AI tools

Children's Privacy

All our students are under 18. We take special precautions:

• We only collect information with your explicit consent
• You must sign our registration form before enrollment
• Separate consent needed for photos, portfolio sharing, and marketing

Protection Measures

• All AI sessions are supervised
• Students taught NEVER to share personal information with AI
• No individual student AI accounts - only supervised/shared accounts
• Portfolio sharing only with your permission

Your Parental Rights

You can:

• Access all information about your child
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your child's information (except legally required records)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Get copies of student work

We do NOT sell your information.

We only share with:

Photos and Videos

• We NEVER photograph/video students without written consent
• Separate photo release form required
• You specify approved uses (website, social media, etc.)
• You can withdraw consent anytime
• Student names not used with photos unless you approve

Your Rights Under Israeli Law

You have the right to:

1. Access - Get copies of all information we have about your child
2. Correction - Fix inaccurate information
3. Deletion - Delete your child's data (except legally required records like financial records)
4. Data Portability - Get data in downloadable format
5. Object - Object to certain uses of data
