1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling your child in AI Kidz Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the parent/guardian) and Raphael Berrebi, founder of AI Kidz Club.

Contact Information:

Legal Basis: As a parent/guardian, you have legal authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your child under Israeli Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law, 5722-1962.

2. What We Provide

AI Kidz Club offers educational AI instruction for students ages 8-18:

Services Include:

  • Weekly 90-minute in-person sessions in Raanana
  • Age-appropriate curriculum (Young Innovators 8-10, Tech Explorers 11-13, Future Leaders 14-18)
  • Small group instruction (maximum 12 students per group)
  • Supervised access to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney)
  • Digital portfolio of student work
  • Parent communication via WhatsApp and email

What We DON'T Provide:

  • Individual tutoring or private sessions
  • Laptops/devices (students bring own device - see Section 6)
  • Therapeutic or special education services
  • Academic credit

Schedule:

  • Sessions held on Sundays (specific times vary by age group)
  • No sessions during major Jewish holidays
  • Session calendar provided upon enrollment

3. Enrollment

Eligibility:

  • Students ages 8-18
  • Students must bring their own laptop or tablet
  • Parent/guardian completes registration form and signs this agreement

Registration Process:

  1. Complete online registration at www.aikidz.club
  2. Select subscription plan and age group
  3. Make payment
  4. Receive confirmation and join parent WhatsApp group
  5. Attend first session!

Group Size:

  • Maximum 12 students per group
  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served
  • Waitlists available if groups are full

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview: Our cancellation policy is transparent and rewards commitment. Lower rates require longer commitments. Cancel early and you pay the rate for the commitment level you completed.

Rate Structure:

  • Individual: ₪350/lesson (pay-as-you-go)
  • Monthly: ₪599/month = ₪149.75/lesson
  • Quarterly: ₪519/month = ₪129.75/lesson
  • Annual: ₪479/month = ₪119.75/lesson

• No credit card or payment required

• No obligation to continue

• Trial doesn't count toward subscription

Before 2nd Lesson: Full refund (₪599)

Before Next Billing (7 days notice): No refund for current month, prevents next charge

Mid-Month Cancel (after 2+ lessons): Charged individual rate (₪350/lesson)

Emergency situations: Pause or transfer options available

Cancel Anytime: Pay monthly rate (₪599/month) for time used

Formula: [Months Used] × ₪599 = Amount Charged

Example: Cancel after 1.5 months → Pay 1.5×₪599=₪898.50 → Refund ₪658.50

Complete 3 months: Keep quarterly discount! Choose not to renew

Refund timeline: 14 business days

Cancel Before 3 Months: Pay monthly rate (₪599/month)

Example: Cancel after 2 months → 2×₪599=₪1,198 → Refund ₪4,550

Cancel After 3 Months: Pay quarterly rate (₪519/month)

Example: Cancel after 5 months → 5×₪519=₪2,595 → Refund ₪3,153

Refund timeline: 30 business days

Medical/Family Emergency: Pause up to 2 months (annual), transfer lessons, or compassionate consideration

Child Not Enjoying: Before 2nd lesson = full refund. Contact us to find better fit!

Documentation required for emergency claims

To Cancel: Email raphael@aikidz.club with student name, plan, enrollment date, and cancellation date. We respond within 24 hours.

5. Attendance & Makeup Sessions

Attendance:

  • Regular attendance encouraged for best learning
  • Let us know about absences in advance when possible
  • Repeated absences may affect student progress

Makeup Sessions:

  • Available with advance notice (subject to instructor availability)
  • No additional fee
  • Maximum 2 makeups per quarter
  • Recordings may be available for missed sessions (where applicable)

Program Closures:

  • No sessions during Jewish holidays (schedule provided at enrollment)
  • Weather/emergency cancellations: Makeup session scheduled
  • No refunds for scheduled holiday breaks

6. Equipment & Technical Requirements

Students MUST Bring:

  • Laptop or tablet with reliable internet
  • Device charged (minimum 2-hour battery)
  • Laptop with keyboard preferred over tablet

Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for your child's device safety
  • AI Kidz Club is NOT liable for lost, stolen, or damaged devices
  • Don't bring expensive or irreplaceable devices
  • Loaner devices may be available in emergencies (contact us)

Software & Accounts:

  • AI tool accounts provided or supervised by instructor
  • Students should NOT create personal AI accounts without parental supervision
  • Free software only (no purchase required)

7. Code of Conduct

Students Must:

  • Treat instructor and peers with respect
  • Follow safety guidelines for technology use
  • Use AI tools only as directed during sessions
  • Maintain appropriate language and conduct
  • Respect others' creative work

Students May NOT:

  • Create inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content with AI
  • Share personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers) with AI systems
  • Disrupt class or distract other students
  • Bully, harass, or discriminate
  • Damage equipment or property
  • Use AI for academic dishonesty outside of program

Consequences:

  1. First violation: Verbal warning + parent notification
  2. Second violation: Written warning + parent meeting
  3. Third violation: 1-2 session suspension
  4. Severe/repeated violations: Termination without refund

Additional Terms

8. Parent Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, ensure equipment, communicate absences, support learning, supervise AI use outside sessions, and pick up on time.

9. Safety & Liability

We provide safe, supervised learning but are not liable for injuries, lost devices, student misuse outside sessions, or unexpected AI outputs.

10. Intellectual Property & Student Work

Students own their projects. We may showcase with permission. Program materials remain AI Kidz Club property.

11. Photos & Videos

Separate consent required. Never photographed without written permission. You can withdraw consent anytime.

12. Communication & Privacy

Email, WhatsApp, phone. 48-hour response time. See Privacy Policy for data protection details.

13. Changes to These Terms

30 days notice for significant changes. Continued enrollment = acceptance.

14. Your Rights Under Israeli Law

Protected by Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Contact Consumer Protection Authority if needed.

15. Governing Law

Israeli law applies. Disputes subject to Israeli courts in Raanana jurisdiction.

16. Emergency & Unforeseen Circumstances

During war, disasters, or emergencies: sessions may pause, online alternatives offered, prorated refunds/credits available.

17. Important Final Notes

Complete agreement with Privacy Policy. Severability, no waiver, non-transferable enrollment.
